If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased or for any reason wish to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To request a return, simply log in to your account and submit a return request directly from there, it's quick and easy. Once your request is approved, you will be responsible for arranging and sending the return shipment to the following address:

Please note: returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging (envelopes or boxes), and free of any signs of wear or dirt. The return shipment is entirely under the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our warehouse.
Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund within 30 (thirty) days, using the method you selected in the return form.
